Dr. Jorge Polanco,  a local veterinarian who treats a variety of exotic animals at Homey Gnome Veterinary Clinic, will be the speaker for the October meeting. Dr. Polanco's talk will be focused on biosecurity, common health issues in reptiles/amphibians, and emphasize the importance of proper husbandry in preventing these conditions.
