Please no donations of live animals. We do not support the purchase or sale of animals at auction because it encourages impulse buying and is often not in the best interest of the animal.

Please do not bring any large tanks or set ups into the sale. Instead bring a picture and description of any large items you wish to donate. They can be bid on and the buyer will coordinate with the seller to pickup. You are welcome to bring the larger items and leave them in your car to hand off night of, but please be aware any unsold or unclaimed large items will be yours to take back home with you. MHS will not be able to house these items.

Flagle, Director of Project Black Python, draws from extensive field observations and research to discuss the unique nesting and reproductive behaviors of one of the world’s most enigmatic pythons. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to learn from his years of research dedicated to understanding and conserving Simalia boeleni.

Ari R. Flagle is a field biologist, conservationist, species expert, author, and international presenter with over 16 years of experience in West Papua and Papua New Guinea, specializing in Simalia boeleni–the Boelen’s python.

Garrett Hartle fell in love with Super Dwarf Retics the very first time he held one. Then he discovered Cape House Snakes. He found the beauty and personality of these two species captivating.

Hartle decided to breed them because he believes sharing access to these snakes can deepen people’s empathy and understanding, helping them develop a deeper connection with nature.

As the owner of Reach Out Reptiles, focused on the captive reproduction of Dwarf and Super Dwarf Reticulated Pythons, Hartle has lots of great stories. His presentation will include plenty of humor and information about these amazing herps.
